Our workshops in Brussels are usually given in French, with translations into Dutch or English if necessary. Koen is fluent in 5 languages, so you will get individual feedback in the language of your choice.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised starting time of the workshop, so we can start on time.
Advanced level (or a solid semi-advanced level). You should be able to dance scottish, mazurka and waltz fluently and control the dance position, without having to think about it. If you have at least 2 years of experience in another dance discipline with leaders and followers (forró, salsa, tango, ballroom, …) and a good learning speed, you can also participate in this course, even if you have no folk experience yet.
An open and playful mind is a basic requirement for this workshop. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, or to not be able to do something. Dare to push your own limits, and do things you are not good at, or that you have never done before… then this workshop will certainly be a very fun and enriching experience!
It is never necessary to register as a couple for our dance workshops.
Therefore, you can register alone, as a couple, with friends …
