Workshop Halling & Värmland Polska with Anton Schneider (Sweden)

This workshop consist of 2 independent parts. It is also possible to participate in only 1 part.

  • 11:00 - 13:15    Halling
  • 13h15 - 14:30  Lunch (potluck - auberge espagnole)
  • 14:30 - 16:45   Värmland polska

Program

We will first be dancing halling, which is a traditional solo dance from Norway and Sweden. We will dance halling without any acrobatics so you do not need to be trained for that.
After the break, we will be dancing the lively polska from Värmland, in the south west of Sweden. This polska has a lot of energy and a variation of different parts that you can improvise with.

Je recommande, Anton est fabuleux ! Et très drôle en plus, son halling est toujours un régal de blagues et d'élégance à la fois !
