Meeting for folk & trad organisers @ Festival Cadansa, Duiven (NL)

Dear European folk & trad organizers (bals & festivals)

We suppose there will be many of you at Cadansa. Therefore we propose a new meeting of folk & trad organisers to prepare the creation of an "association/platform" to unite and to support folk & trad organizers all over Europe.

Spread the word to other organisers! 
Don't panic if you can't be there. We'll keep you informed (it might take a while)

Programme: 

- short résumé of the 5 previous meetings
- Presentation of our project/idea to improve the situation of organizers 
- An overview of what has been done already
- Determine priorities
- Discuss and make some decisions (name of the "association", platform, work method, expectations, 
- networking & get to know each other 


We are looking for

- Organizers who want to join our team and help with a part of the project (for example: be a moderator on a forum about a specific topic, share your know-how or ideas, write documents, design a logo, make small videos, work groups, programming, take notes during the meeting, organise a meeting in your region, ...). - Volunteers for translations from dutch, french & english to french and english.
- We need a catchy and clear name for this "European (or international?) Association of folk/trad ball & festival organizers" .If possible, a name that is clear & understandable in french & english. Our ideas for the moment: Balorga, Balorgan, Orgabal... Mail us your suggestions or post them in the facebook event
